We are one of London’s fastest growing firms of solicitors, with offices in Balham and Tooting. We deal in a wide range of legal services that cater for clients on a Public Funding or Private Fee basis. Fadiga & Co is privileged to have several franchises from the Legal Services Commission.

We look to recruit dedicated and talented employees in both legal and non-legal capacities, and we are always interested to receive applications from quality candidates, whether experienced or novice. If you can demonstrate a strong commitment to the areas of law provided by the firm, and you are keen to build a career with us, please email your details and CV to: admin@fadiga.co.uk , or telephone and ask to speak with the Recruitment Coordinator.

Training contracts:

Fadiga & Co is currently authorised by The Law Society to recruit Trainee Solicitors.

Selection Procedure:

Our selection of trainees is made from people who have worked for us, for a minimum period of six months, as a paralegal in one of our Client Services departments. We advertise our paralegal vacancies on our website or
www.lawcareers.net , Inns of Court School of Law and The College of Law, etc. The Firm continuously works alongside the College of Law to provide opportunities to candidates who have either recently graduated, or have passed Legal Practice Course examination (LPC).

Who can apply?

The firm welcomes applications from both law and non-law graduates who are able to demonstrate a high level of academic and personal achievements, along with a good written and oral command of the English language. As a minimum, we generally expect a 2:1 degree coupled with A-level English. Only candidates who have achieved their LPC examination will be eligible for a Training Contract with this Firm.

We pride ourselves on the fact that Fadiga & Co is an Equal Opportunities Employer.

Training Scheme Our two-year training programme involves three seats of eight months, although the last one might be split into two seats of four months. Trainee Solicitors are supervised directly by a Director or a Solicitor. Most of the training is in-house, with some formal external courses, and then eventually the Professional Skills Course with core subjects and electives.

Prospective trainees should have a track record that shows a commitment to Public Funding with previous voluntary or work experience in Law Centres/Clinics, Advice Centres or in the charity and voluntary sectors.
