Hamza Ahmed is a Solicitor and has 4 years’ post qualification experience in a wide variety of immigration work, ranging from entry clearance and extension of visa applications to cases involving asylum and human rights. He specialises in asylum and general migration cases. He is accredited as a Senior Level 2 Caseworker under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum accreditation scheme.
He has conducted numerous appeals to the First-tier and Upper-tier Tribunal, Immigration and Asylum Chamber. Hamza has also managed a number of judicial review matters, with a particular focus on removal cases.
Hamza joined the legal profession after a successful career in IT and working in the charity and voluntary sector. Hamza is fluent in Arabic and Somali.
