Agata joined Fadiga & Co in October 2015 and is qualified under the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme as a senior caseworker which allows her to specialise in Immigration and Nationality Law and provide specialist legal advice for publicly funded work.
Agata has over five years’ experience in all areas of asylum and immigration law. She has had conduct of very complex and challenging cases including but not limited to asylum and human rights claims, deportation appeals, applications under British Nationality Act 1981 and Immigration (EEA) Regulations 2006. Agata also assisted and advised in applications under Point Based System as Tier 1 (Entrepreneurs and Investors), Tier 2 (Sponsored Skilled Workers), Tier 4 (Students) and Tier 5 (Temporary Workers) applications.
Furthermore, Agata regularly represents clients at the First Tier Tribunal (IAC) with an excellent success rate for bail applications and appeals against refusal of entry clearance applications, asylum and human rights claims.
Agata obtained a Masters Degree in Law from the University of Lodz (Poland) in 2007. In 2009, she was awarded the Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies and fulfilled the requirements of the Common Professional Examination. Subsequently, in March 2012, she completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School. In 2014, she was offered a training contact at a leading legal aid law firm and completed seats in Immigration, Public Law and Childcare Departments. Agata qualified as a solicitor in September 2015.
