What is Asylum

If a person is being persecuted in his country,he may seek parmission to remain in another country because of the risk of persecution. In legal terms, a person who asked asylum in the Uk or waiting for being granted leave to remain on his claim is called Asylum Seeker. If the decision is positive on his claim is called a refugee.



What is a Judicial Review ?

Judicial review is a procedure by which a judge reviews the lawfulness of a decision or action or failure to act of a public body such as a government department or a local authority or other body exercising a public law function.
